pH BIRCH ASH EXTRACT IS BIRCH ASH FROM FINLAND.

extracted into spring water. Ingredients: spring water and birch ash.

One bottle contains 1000 ml.

Bottle capacity: 66 x 15 ml or 100 x 10 ml portions.

Bottled pH birch ash extract is a ready-made alkaline drink as follows:

• A dose of 15 ml of pH birch ash extract is added to 2 dl of water or unsweetened juice.

=> alkaline drink 2 dl * 33 servings = approx. 6.5 l of alkaline, with a pH of about 10 and an ORP of about -180.

• A dose of 10 ml of pH birch ash extract is mixed to one liter of water. => alkaline drink 1 l * 50 servings = approx. 50 liters an alkaline drink with a pH of about 8.7 and an ORP of about -110.

Dosage and recommended use:

1. as a curative use, it is recommended to add pH birch ash extract 15 ml (a large tablespoon full) 2 dl room temperature drinking water. Take the whole dose at least 2 times a day.

a.) Take 0.5 hours before meals or 2 hours after eating.

b.) After the two-week course, keep for 2-6 weeks pause or continue daily use and alkalinization of the body

as described next.

2. in daily use it is recommended to increase 10 ml (normal tablespoon) per liter at room temperature

drinking water. We drink at least 1-2 liters a day. Almost tasteless and odorless when following the recommended use.

Shake the prepared drink before use.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

STORAGE: Unopened pH birch ash extract can store at room temperature away from sunlight, +15 to +30 °C. It is recommended to keep the opened bottle In the Refrigerator. An opened bottle can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1 month.
